Since 1989, the CE&R team has actively contributed to a wide range of collaborative educational and research initiatives. These have included partnerships with Business Enterprises at the University of Pretoria and major multinational corporations such as National Brands, Remgro, Toyota, BMW, and leading financial institutions.
From 1992, the team has conducted extensive consumer research focused on African youth, establishing itself as a recognized authority on the behaviour of Young African Millennials, particularly within the context of faith communities.
In 2010 a division of CE&R provided services to construction companies involved in mining developments and the infrastructure development for the world cup.
This led to a demand for feasibility studies including research, findings, implications and recommendations (FIR’s) to inform potential investors of residential development opportunities in Randfontein.
This exposure resulted in the growth of the portfolio to include 9 additional estate and building developments in the commercial and residential space.
A company was established in 2021 to deal specifically with investments opportunities through the incubation of developments into project opportunities for investors.
In 2015 a division of CE&R provided Feasibility Studies (FIR’s) to inform large corporates of opportunities for Social and Environmental Projects that meet the compliance requirements of Corporate Social Investment legislation and ESG initiatives.
This was transformed to a business, formally registered as a separate entity in 2019 with the purpose of identifying opportunities and incubating these into sustainable, performance measured ESG and CSI compliant initiatives related to youths.
Where required, DO GOOD PROJECTS establishes a Management Team to ensure that United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are established, measured and met.
